License rules

Simple rules, no surprises.

One website per license

Activate the license key in the plugin. It works on that website while it’s active there.

Move it every 30 days

Deactivate it on one site and activate it on another. You can switch to a different website once every 30 days.

Valid 12 months

Credits and the license last 12 months from purchase. A top-up extends the license to cover its new credits.

Is this a subscription?

No. You pay once for a pack of credits. Nothing renews, and nothing is charged again unless you buy more.

Do credits expire?

Yes, 12 months after you buy them. That applies to packs and top-ups. We email you 14 days before unused credits expire, and the credits that expire first are used first.

Can I use one license on several websites?

A license works on one website at a time. You can move it to another website once every 30 days. For more websites at the same time, buy a pack for each one.

What if a page fails to convert?

Its credit goes back to your balance automatically. You only pay for pages the plugin downloads.

Do I need Pro for full-site import?

Yes. Templates, headers and footers (1 credit each) and the content import of posts, products and menus (no credits) need an active Pro license on the site.

How do I pay, and do I get an invoice?

Payments go through Stripe’s secure checkout. Every order has an invoice under Billing & invoices in your dashboard.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, if you ask within 14 days of purchase and none of the pack’s credits have been used. See the refund policy.

Unused packs can be refunded within 14 days. Read the refund policy.
