Licenses and credits
Activate a license key in the plugin, move it between sites, top up and track expiry.
A paid pack gives you a license key and a set of credits. The license unlocks Pro features on one website. The credits pay for pages.
Buy a pack
Choose a pack on the pricing page or under Credits in the dashboard. After payment, the license key appears under Licenses & sites in the dashboard, and we email it to you.
Activate the license on your site
- Open the CloWebs menu in your WordPress admin and go to Account. Connect the site first if you haven’t.
- Under License, paste the key into License key and choose Activate license.
The Account screen then shows your plan and the credits available on this site.
One website per license
A license works on one website at a time. To use it somewhere else, deactivate it first: choose Deactivate on this site in the plugin, or deactivate it under Licenses & sites in the dashboard.
You can move a license to a different website once every 30 days, counted from when it was activated on the current site. Activating it again on the same site is always allowed. If you need to move sooner, contact support.
For more websites, buy a pack for each one.
Credits
- 1 credit = 1 Elementor page, template, header or footer.
- Credits from a pack or a top-up are valid for 12 months from the date you buy them.
- The credits that expire first are used first.
- We email you 14 days before unused paid credits expire, unless you turned product emails off.
- Expired credits can’t be used or refunded.
Top-ups
A top-up adds credits to a license you already have. Buy it under Credits in the dashboard and choose the license. Top-up credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. If the license would expire sooner, it is extended to match. A top-up also brings back an expired license.
When a license expires
A license is valid for 12 months from purchase, or until the end of its latest top-up. After that it can’t be activated, and Pro features stop on that site. Buy a top-up to bring it back, or buy a new pack.
