Connect your site
Sign up or sign in from the plugin with an email code, and get your free page.
You connect each WordPress site to your account from inside the plugin. There is no password to set up: we email you a code.
Connect with an email code
- Open the CloWebs menu in your WordPress admin and go to Account.
- Under Connect this site, enter your email address and choose Send code.
- Check your inbox. Enter the 6-digit code and choose Verify and connect.
The code is valid for 10 minutes, and you can try it 5 times. If it expired, choose Send a new code. If you typed the wrong address, choose Use another email.
If there is no account for that email yet, we create one when you verify the code. The same email address gives you access to the dashboard on this website.
Your free page
The first time a site is connected, the account gets 1 free page credit. It is given once per website and once per account. Reconnecting the site, or connecting it with a different email, doesn’t add another free page.
The free credit covers one Elementor page and doesn’t expire. Templates, headers, footers and full-site import need a Pro license.
What the plugin sends when you connect
Your email address, the site’s address and name, and the versions of WordPress, Elementor and the plugin. We use them to show your sites in the dashboard and to help with support.
Which site counts as “this site”
We identify a site by its address. http or https, www. and a trailing slash are ignored, so https://www.example.com/ and http://example.com are the same site. A WordPress install in a subfolder, such as example.com/shop, is a separate site.
Disconnect a site
On the Account screen, choose Disconnect this site. This removes the connection between the site and your account. Pages you already imported stay on the site. To move a license to another site, deactivate it first: see Licenses and credits.
